Brochure Distribution
There are two program options available.
Brochures are distributed to as many as 45 locations throughout the Hills of Headwaters region.
Annual Brochure Distribution Program
Each location is serviced on a monthly basis except for high-traffic locations, which may be serviced twice a month during the peak season (June 15 to October 15).
Each paid service receives one position in each brochure distribution box.
Approximately 2,000 – 5,000 brochures are required per year to meet demand.
Event Distribution
For one-time events that do not require year-round services, a one-time drop will be made to our distribution boxes. Event brochures will be removed from each location following the completion of the event.
Approximately 1,000 to 2,000 brochures are required to meet demand
Technical Specifications:
Brochure size not to exceed 9.5 cm wide x 21.5 cm high (3.5” w x 8.5” h), on sturdy stock paper. Brochure distribution fees are based on space in each distribution box. Oversize brochures (larger than the size specified above) may be required to pay an additional fee for distribution space
Each unique brochure may be displayed in more than one slot per box depending on the number of subscriptions and the number of brochures that the Association has on hand. Slots in the smaller boxes may be shared.
Every attempt will be made to ensure that each brochure receives the maximum coverage possible. Due to the placement of brochures in the boxes, it is recommended that the most important identification information occur within the top 2 inches of your brochure.
In order to facilitate awareness of the Hills of Headwaters brand, you are encouraged to use the Headwaters logo on your brochure. There are various colours and sizes available in the documents section of our web site.
Conditions: There are approximately 45 high traffic information boxes located throughout the region. These locations and the number of boxes in circulation vary throughout the year. Every attempt will be made to include your brochure in as many boxes as possible
Deadline: Brochures/material must be delivered to the Hills of Headwaters Tourism Association office (246372 Hockley Road, Mono) by the first Monday of the month prior to your event or the first Monday of the month prior to the start month of your annual brochure distribution service.
