A Taste of Headwaters
Fresh from the Hills of Headwaters!
These are the Hills of Headwaters, part of the greenbelt… our living countryside.
Here you can plant your bare feet on the earth. And when you dine the greens in your salad were picked this morning… the vegetables are from that farm over there… the berries in dessert grow wild along the fence lines.
The bounty of the harvest is evident everywhere in the Hills of Headwaters! Visit our farm markets, our gourmet food shops and our world-class eateries and experience food as it was meant to be – fresh from the source and directly to your plate. Talk to our shop owners, chefs and your overnight hosts and you’ll soon realize that in the Hills of Headwaters ‘our living countryside’ is truly a philosophy.
Join us for a variety of culinary inspired activities where you can see, touch and taste the bounty of the land first hand — fall fairs, farm tours, culinary events and so much more – all Grown in the Hills of Headwaters!
Mark your calendars for our semi-annual celebration of exceptional cuisine during WinterFeast and SummerFeast.
