Throughout the Mill’s studios and art galleries there will be food & beverage tasting stations, special art demonstrations and collaborative food-art activities. The main stage has hourly chef demonstrations, plus a daily cook-off featuring duelling chefs and a “black box” of local ingredients. Peruse the fine-food market all weekend for local gourmet foods and delectable samples.

Join us on Friday, for a sneak peek at this delicious event. Enjoy dinner and a cash bar al fresco followed by Humber River Shakespeare Company’s presentation of As You Like It outdoors in the stone-walled Annex courtyard. Dinner at 5:30. Curtain 7pm. Tickets for As You Like it are $20 and can be purchased through the HRSC website.
