Garlic farmers Bart and Lisa Brusse and family welcome you to LOVE Garlic, naturally grown in Hillsburgh, Ontario, about one hour northwest of Toronto.

We began experimenting with growing garlic in our Hillsburgh back yard vegetable garden in 2005. Encouraged by the garlic’s positive response to organic growing techniques and inspired by the commercial garlic growers we met at the  Ontario Garlic Growers Association, our 50 bulb backyard garlic patch has expanded to several thousand bulbs grown on a farm just north of Hillsburgh.

LOVE Garlic is grown in the fertile, well-drained soils of the Orangeville Moraine. We use all natural growing techniques.  Our garlic is hand-planted, hand-harvested and air-dried for optimal taste, quality and storage.

Garlic is extremely adaptable and after a few years in a particular environment it will take on the shape, size, colour and flavour of its new location.  We invite you to explore the unique taste experience of LOVE Garlic!
