Dufferin.Biz is a joint project between the County of Dufferin, its member municipalities and local groups designed to market the collective assets of our community. Dufferin.Biz is designated to work with all the municipalities in Dufferin County to promote the economic and community assets in the County through our marketing efforts. Dufferin.Biz is a champion of local business and local ideas that support the growth of our existing business community and provide an avenue for investment from outside our community.

Dufferin.Biz is the gateway to the County’s business community and its various municipal Economic Development Committee partners. Dufferin.Biz seeks to attract small and medium businesses and entrepreneurs that are looking for the exceptional quality of life we offer in Dufferin to relocate to this vibrant and dynamic community.

Through the dedication of our staff, our Steering Committee, our ambassadors, our community partners and the support of the community at large, Dufferin.Biz will work to support and grow our business community and tell the world we are here.

Our Primary Goals are:

- To build the capacity of our member municipalities to deliver economic development services and to support the local business community

- To develop and implement a branding strategy to enhance the image and reputation of the County of Dufferin

- To focus our efforts on our selected target markets which include the creative class, the agricultural and in particular the equine sector and the small and medium enterprise SME’s) sector

- Work closely with our partners to support our local business and to nurture quality of life activities
