The Orangeville Town Hall
The Orangeville Town Hall and Market House was historically the focal point for the commercial, political and cultural life of Orangeville. Construction commenced August 1875 and was used for the first time on May 24, 1876.
Not unexpectedly, considering its long history of use, the Town Hall and Market Building has undergone numerous periods of updating, repair and renovation. In 1993 the original Town Hall was completely renovated with the Opera Hall being restored on the second floor.
