Ghosts, and goblins and other spooky characters are invited to join the festivities in downtown Orangeville on Saturday, October 23rd, from 10:00 to 2:00 pm, when the Orangeville BIA hosts a Halloween Tiny Tots Event for youngsters and their parents.
