Chef J. ThambiahChef J. Thambiah trained in France and worked in numerous restaurants in Toronto at the beginning of his career. In more recent years he worked at the Millcroft Inn, the Terra Cotta Inn and the Elora Mill Inn. Through much experience Chef J. Thambiah has learned to create exquisite flavors using fresh local products. He enjoys cooking game meats and showcases his talents at an annual game tasting dinner in November held at the White Truffle Restaurant. Chef J. Thambiah takes artistic presentation to the next level with his precision and attention to detail.
