Passport Rules and Regulations

1. In order to be eligible for the Headwaters Golf Trail promotion, all participants must hold a Headwaters Golf Trail Passport.
2. To receive the free Passport vouchers, all participants must complete one (1) full-priced round of golf at each of the five (5) participating Headwaters Golf Trail courses and submit a completed Passport, stamped by each of the five participating golf courses, by the end of the 2010 golf season.
3. Upon completion of the Passport, golfers should submit their completed Passport at one of the participating golf courses, at which time the golf course will give the golfer their free Passport vouchers.
4. Passport stamps will only be provided on FULL PRICE ROUNDS.
5. Passports are limited to the first 5,000 golfers.
6. The Headwaters Golf Trail free Passport rounds are non-redeemable in whole or in part for cash.
7. Free golf rounds for the 2010 Passport program must be redeemed by June 1st, 2011. No redemptions will be accepted after this closing date.
8. The free Passport vouchers are redeemable for one round of golf at each of the indicated courses throughout the week and on weekends after 11am.
9. The free Passport vouchers are not valid for tournament bookings, for bookings of 8 or more, or in conjunction with any other promotion or discount offer.
10. The free Passport vouchers do not include the rental of a power cart.
11. This promotion will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by the Hills of Headwaters Tourism Association. Participants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules if they participate in the promotion.
12. Personal data about entrants is used for the sole purpose of administering this promotion. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by the entrant unless the entrant provides explicit permission to do so.
