From East (Toronto) Take 401 West to Mavis Go north on Mavis. Follow to Crawford Mill Avenue. Turn left onto Crawford Mill Avenue. Turn right onto Gooderham Estate Blvd. Turn left onto Old Derry Road. Office is on the right just past the trestle bridge. From West (Acton, Georgetown, Milton, Cambridge, Guelph) Take 401 East to Mississauga Road Go north on Mississauga Road Go 1 block north on Mississauga Road to Derry Road West Turn right onto Derry Rd. W., and follow to Creditview Road. Turn right onto Creditview Road. Follow around bend to sign that says: To Old Meadowvale Village – Turn left onto Old Creditview Rd. (New subdivision on corner). Office is on the left before the trestle bridge.


CVC is a progressive conservation authority and considered to be one of the leaders in watershed management. CVC staff members have played key roles in many important initiatives, including two provincial pilot projects: Lessons Learned and Best Practices in Watershed Planning and Framework for Local Water-Use Decision-Making on a Watershed Basis. Staff have also provided extensive technical input into Conservation Ontario's report to the Walkerton Inquiry about source protection on a watershed basis and to the provincial committee responding to the recommendations that came out of the Inquiry.
