We require you to certify that you have liability insurance to cover your operations.

If accepted as a food vendor, you will provide a form from your Insurance adding The Town Of Orangeville and Orangeville Blues & Jazz Festival as additional insureds.

We require the TOTAL AMPERAGE (or Wattage) of ALL Equipment you will be using. Vendors must provide their own heavy duty extension cord(s). Minimum 100 ft. long

Are you selling from a truck , trailer or tent?

If selling from a truck or trailer, what is the total space required for your unit?

All furnishings including tents/canopies, tables, chairs and signage are the responsibility of the Vendor

Operating hours are Saturday June 05/10 from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm & Sunday June 06/10 from 11:00 am to 6:30 pm. VENDOR AGREES TO OPERATE FOR ALL OF THE ABOVE HOURS.

Due to some vendors leaving early, we regret that we now require a $100.00 attendance deposit to ensure our vendors are available for the entire festival. Deposit is fully refundable to all vendors that complete the attendance requirements.
